It has been pretty busy at work recently, hence the post drought. So you can imagine how thankful I am to have found some time to do a little update…and just in case you think I am slacking off, well yeah I kinda am..LOL. Much thanks to my Board for giving me a little more exposure, I am currently in New York for a little under two weeks working on four events and I can’t wait for them to happen. Never mind that the pre-preparations were really hectic. At the rate things are going, I believe our efforts will bear us much fruit placing us much higher on the culinary map in the near future.
The weather here is quite cold at round 8 to 15 degree Celsius despite the entrance of the spring season, I honestly can’t imagine how cold winter can be. With the rain dampening the city today and perhaps for the next two days, I am sure to be more prepared this time round. I’m talking about layers upon layers of clothes. I find myself strange for liking cold weather but can’t really physically endure them. But that’s just me, maybe I am a glutton for punishment in terms of cold weather. Until my next update (hopefully soon), do stay tuned..

I’m the same way. I’d much rather have cold weather than hot and humid. Atleast you can bundle up and be cozy in cold weather but in hot weather, you can shed down to your bare skin and still be sweaty all over.

I also prefer cool weather. I don’t mind the rain at all. I am pretty used to it. In the warm weather though, my body just can’t stand it.

@UT and LB:You got that right..to me I’d pick cold weather over hot and humid. In addition to bundling up, there are loads of fashion accessories to choose from…LOL
